Wildly creative.
Strategically rooted.
From collegiate sports to corporate construction, my career has spanned a variety of industries and companies of all sizes. I’ve sold or marketed everything from stadium sponsorships and ghost tours to packaging engineering and manufacturing automation.
I’ve grown museum memberships for a nonprofit 10X in under three years and CPG revenue for an AEC firm from $403M to $1B in four years.
Along the way I’ve hired, trained, onboarded, and led teams of talented marketing and BD professionals across three different countries.
I’m passionate about building successful sales teams not only because it drives better revenue, but because it creates better work environments where team members thrive and turnover rates stay low.

A little more about me
I’m a native Floridian who traded humidity for altitude a few years ago and haven’t looked back. I’m based in Denver, Colorado, where I spend my time outside the office hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, catching shows at Red Rocks, and volunteering at a local horse rescue. I hold a B.S. in Public Relations and an M.S. in Sports Administration from Florida State University.
I’m also an author, artist, and musician — that side of my life lives at shannononeil.net.
